What I like the most about this picture is definitely the shading. It looks done properly and well, and I like how it is used on his lips. Also, it is interesting how the majority of the picture is in greytone, and his kanji is still red.
If I have to complain about something, it's about lineart. On certain places, such as hair, lines are very smooth and on some other (like clothing) lines are very messy. It feel rushed a little.
